About Our Speaker LaDonna L. Myers

LaDonna L. Myers is founder of Myers & Associates, LLC., a consulting group designed to improve engagement strategies of private, public, and non-profit organizations seeking to expand their international business acumen and outreach.  Equipped with more than two decades of experience in Strategic Communications, International Protocol, and Business Operations Management, LaDonna’s consult has been sought by senior-military leaders, Fortune 500 executives, universities, and other entrepreneurs, on what she terms as the “Art & Science” of relationship building and soft-power application.

Passionate about the hidden power of protocol, LaDonna was recently selected as a Board Member for Protocol Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA) and proudly serves as a co-organizer of the successful 2022 and 2023 “World Protocol Matters” Online Conference that garnered a global audience of 1,000+ participants and renowned speakers from more than 40 countries. In addition, she is an alumnus of the Protocol School of Washington (PSOW); United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Protocol Course; and International School of Protocol and Diplomacy (ISPD), Cross-Cultural

Communications, Brussels, Belgium. 

LaDonna is the recipient of 2023 Stars and Stripes U.S. Federal Agency Leadership Award, in collaboration with the Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) for her behind the scenes work on expanding the diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in STEM for the U.S. Space Force. A native of Detroit, Michigan, and U.S. Air Force disabled veteran, she holds a graduate degree in Public Administration, Troy University, and bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations, Madonna University, Livonia, Michigan.
